What I enjoyed most about my stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially their thoughtfulness during the process of helping me get onto the correct shuttle from the airport and taking care of everything needed for checking in. The shuttle service has a personal touch. I also enjoyed the newness and cleanliness of the hotel room.

The property needs some tlc. The swimming pool area didn’t have the heat turned up and the water was very cold. The rooms aren’t sound proof. You can hear everything going on in the room next door. The hallways need maybe some fresh paint and brighter lights. The rooms also aren’t very well lit. There seemed to be a problem with voltage fluctuations maybe and the lights in our room would dim out and suddenly go bright. The bath linen needs to be of better quality than what they have right now. Decent place, could do very well with some upkeep and maintenance.
