Upon arrival, we were told you had to pay $50 and only with credit card. For people who never stay at hotels, there should be more of a reminder to let us know that, since we were able to pay for the hotel room with debit Mastercard. We were ‘lucky’ to be the exception, but had to pay $250 instead. The beds were hard and not comfy. Room didn’t even have a bath tub, just a stand up shower that leaks water all over the floor. Pool was poorly maintained and freezing cold, had to tell our toddler not to play near a certain side of the wall because all the tiling is peeling off and there were tile pieces on the floor we almost jabbed our toes into. Was $218 for one night and $350 for the second night which is crazy pricing for the quality and service of the hotel. Expected more for that price, was highly disappointed and will not be rebooking in the future.

They need to do better

The hotel itself was fine, nothing outstanding. Breakfast was good. However disappointed with the room. Looks like the bed was made, But there was garbage in the can so was not emptied before it was sold to me. There was a used face cloth and open used soap in the washroom. This made me wonder if the bead was really made by the staff or if it was the last guess. Disappointed for a Hilton property.

Quick check in/check out; was given upgraded room to my surprise. Very appreciative, hot breakfast, comfy bed/pillows, my grandson liked the pool. My grandson slept on the sofa bed but he could feel the bed springs and wother than that it was grwat.as cold with sheet and light blanket.

Liked that there was a pool however there was insufficient towels available and finding staff throughout my stay was challenging. Was nice to have a breakfast available however it was not that good. Checked in early (was appreciative that they gave me a room right away) however it was not cleaned, so they gave me another room, which had a pungent odour in it.

Liked how welcoming the staff were. We had a terrible flight and ended up at the wrong Hampton. Both locations were wonderful. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. It was nice after such a hard day.
