Courteous staff, spotless room, but some small things that could have improved the ratings. I chose Hampton Inn by Hilton for its product and reputation of excellence. However was a bit disappointed to find only four less than adequate pillows (no support)on a kingsize bed, giving only 2 per person and not an extra in the drawer or closet, which I feel should be standard. Also 2 bath towels are not adequate for an overnight stay for 2 people. Also the placement of 2 small paper cups for beverages or coffee in the room

I was not aware of the $95 per pet fee. I have 2 dogs which would cost me over $200 for one night.This is the largest pet fee I ever heard off.The room was$109 The hotel looked very run down . We opted to cut our losses and to normal hotel-pet fee $20 a night.
