Staff was nice. The problem the bed sheet a lot of stain. Even when we transfer to another room same problem the bed sheet have a blood stain. It's look like the staff didn't changed it.

I have truly never experienced such poor customer service at a hotel. My flight was delayed so my friend tried to check in for us and it made into such a unnecessarily stressful situation. She was told nobody called in when we specifically called in to make sure everything was organized. Instead of trying to be helpful the staff were argumentative and confrontational. When she finally arrived to the room the linens were dirty, there was trash in the toilet and bathroom, and the housekeeper entered the room without knocking as my friend was changing. As my flight arrived late we decided to just stay instead of leaving because we were tired. When checking out they tried to keep our deposit because of dirty linens. They accused us of using them to wipe make up off. I don't even wear makeup. It was a huge ordeal to get deposit back. So disappointing after a long day of traveling. So much unnecessary stress for someone who was just looking for a nice place to stay before continuing our travels. If you do stay- make sure they don't try to keep your deposit. It was truly the most outlandish thing I have ever experience in a Customer service setting.

Unfortunately this was not a great stay for us. The hallways were terribly smelly. Maybe it was just our floor (2nd). I took my daughter to the pool, and immediately noticed there were no towels, so ended up waiting about 10 minutes for pool towels (not the end of the world…better to notice and wait before than after!) Once we got to the pool deck, I noticed it was so gross. The pool deck was full of hair and bandaids and debris. Also had to ask the front desk for more towels for our room. They were short at checkout, but when I asked for more, the staff seemed annoyed and gave some sort of excuse for not having enough. There were several other people at the front desk requesting towels too. I never was brought any. Breakfast was pretty standard, no real complaints with the food, but the counters were sticky and the tables weren’t clean. It seems that there may be a staff shortage problem. Which is too bad. There are many hotels in that area, so I will just skip this one for future stays.

Great hotel. The room was awesome and so quiet.The parking was terrible, the lot was full and we had to park on the street. The breakfast needs to open earlier. We had an appt at 730am and the breakfast doesn't start till 7am. There was 13 people waiting for it to open on a Saturday morning. Not ideal if you have a family that is staying for sports.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 families. There was a public hair on the bed. They moved us to another room and the bed cover had blood on it. The second bedroom also had blood on the bed cover. The following morning, I asked the manager to call me, I was told the manager would be back on Dec 26 and I can expect a call on Dec 26. It's already Jan 11 and I still haven't received a call. I got an email from Expedia on Jan 13 informing me that the general mgr would call me. Today is Jan 20th, still no call.

Nice room dirty hot tub

The room was decent. I have been trying various hotels out near the Calgary airport looking to find that nice hot tub and pool before sleeping and flying out. The hot tub was dirty and had quite a bit of debri floating in int.

This is a positive despite having an issue. Late night arrival back from vacation and the fan on the heating/cooling unit rattled terribly. Night clerk immediately got us a new room with no fuss at all. Things like this can happen, it’s how they are handled that matters, and in this case this is an example of excellent service.
