The staff was less than nice, I watched them be rude to other people checking in! We were told there were NO towels for the pool, and no extra towels for the rooms, we were short a whole set of towels for our room! Comforter on bed was gross, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! I have reported to head office also!

Was ok. Decent for the price. The shuttle service is confusing, not 'on demand' as the website notes. We were quoted a 30 minute wait for a shuttle, took an Uber in less than 10 mins, but cost us another $20. Lame shuttle service makes for a bad start to the stay.

Very clean and new. Front desk service was a bit slow, though. We waited at the counter for 5 mins before a person showed up. And asked for 2 extra towels but gave up after waiting for 10 mins. But the facility is really nice, and the rooms are modern and spacious.

Overall served our purpose for the overnight layover in Calgary airport. Getting the shuttle was straight forward. We had to leave before breakfast hours … wish they offered fruit or ‘Grab-and go’ bags for early departure.

Was a very good stay. Pool was really nice for my kids. Breakfast was great! Rooms are very clean and nice. Check in was a bit frustrating. I came early, which I expected a bit of a wait and that was ok. I was told to take a seat and would be told when my room was available. Waited an hour and a half. Front desk staff was nowhere to be found. I seen people having to go looking in the back for the lady. After I seen multiple people getting checked in I went back up and she didn’t even remember me. But wasn’t a huge deal. Seemed very busy that day so it’s ok. But the hotel was amazing. Great stay overall

No shuttle for late airport arrivals

The airport shuttle doesn't run late after 10:20, we needed to get a cab. This should be relfected on the website, other hotel had the shuttle running.
