The property itself is nice, clean and pretty new. Don’t love that the only breakfast option is a paid buffet. Even just a small menu that could allow for personal ordering would be better. Not everyone likes buffet! My main complaint is the staff were unfriendly. The one I dealt with never smiled once in either of our interactions.

The staff was responsive when issues were raised. We booked a room for four guests, but it was only partially prepared upon arrival—there was one king bed and a pull-out couch that hadn’t been made, and only enough towels for two people. When we asked for the bed to be made, housekeeping brought up the linens but left us to make it ourselves.
