Wonderful 1 bedroom suite. Nice checkin. Everything was wonderful but no room service...in a Hilton hotel? We were told to go to the restaurant in the adjoining building/hotel to order room service and was yelled at by the bartender, telling me that he was too busy to serve me. To come back maybe in 45 minutes. Deplorable service!!! I was very disappointed.

Overall the room was very clean, the areas that need addressing is the detailing. Fir example the base boards and corners in the bathroom could use some attention.

Terrible weather made it challenging to park and use walkways. Although they were doing their best, some walks were not cleared in the morning having to drag suit cases through snow. Everything else was excellent - I'd stay here again

First off this hotel work really well if you are going to the airport because their shuttle bus as excellent. Also my teenaged kids were so excited because they thought this was a super expensive and nice hotel when it was actually very economically feasible. They had my name displayed on both TV’s which was a nice touch. The hot tub was temporarilly out of order which was very sad but the pool was warm and treated using salt not chlorine buy try The staff were very nice some muydown the hall from us had burnt some

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite is perfect for families. It’s pretty quiet for being so close to the airport. Breakfast buffet opens at 530am. Call to arrange for the shuttle pick up. Pick up areas at YYC are not conveniently located.

Our family has been staying at Homewood Suites Calgary Airport for the past five years, and it’s always been an excellent experience! The rooms are consistently clean and spotless, and the staff are always courteous and welcoming. My boys absolutely love the complimentary breakfast, there’s always plenty of variety to choose from. The location is also perfect close to the airport and just a short drive to CrossIron Mills. We highly recommend this hotel 100%!
