Hotel is generally nice. PTAC in my room was exceptionally noisy - sounded like the bearings in the fan were starting to fail. Found it hit and miss with friendliness of staff, and the food quality in the restaurants was no where near what it was in the past.

It’s very spacious and unique! The pool looks amazing and there was service on the pool deck for food and drinks! Restaurant is nice and has great food! The free upgrade was very appreciated and the late check out was a bonus! Room was comfy and spacious. The only small issue was no working usb ports in the room and the building next door is currently being torn down so it was a bit loud but circumstantial.

Asked for a quiet room and was put directly across from the fitness center. In addition, the general manager at the front desk is quite possibly the most condescending rude staff member at any hotel that I have ever met in my 25 years of traveling all over the world I would not recommend staying here

Fantastic Downtown Stay

Really nice hotel. The pool is amazing and very instagram worthy. Great location. Air conditioner was a bit loud, but otherwise a really great stay. Guests were also very friendly, so was the staff.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Arts. The location was excellent, close to lots of attractions and conveniences. Very nice amenities, fun atmosphere.

Unique, comfortable and friendly beltline hotel

I decided to stay at a hotel after my husband's knee surgery to avoid stairs. Hoteld'Arts upgraded my room and offered assistance often. We enjoyed a quiet room, great food and a afternoon lounging by the pool.
