It was quiet. Staff were great. It would be nice to have bathtubs. I only had a shower. After a long day, a soak is nice. Hollandaise on the Benedict was great.

We stay here every time in Calgary. The lounge access has become a great add-on to simplify our travel. The location is hard to beat - very close to Costco, Ikea, KMS Tools, etc.

We stayed in an executive suite on the 7th level for 3 nights, and enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast. As well, we appreciated that the room was cleaned each day and their turn down service was an added touch as well. Only complaints are that the water turned cold for 2 of my showers and the water didn’t get hot enough a couple of times as well. The food and drinks in the lounge restaurant were very good. We also noted that the tv internet wasn’t working for one of the rooms we stayed in. The reception desk clerk wasn’t very friendly upon check in and seemed irritated and annoyed with me for whatever reason.

Overall noisy hallway with people talking. Then at 1am what sounded like a large heating / AC fan shocked both of us awake and kept making this horrible noise every ten minutes for the rest of the night. People at the front desk seemed to have little interest to be able to fix this. Said he would mention it to management.NEVER staying there again!!!!

Blackfoot has always been an underrated property. Its location seems a bit isolated being on the edges of retail/industrial. Other than that it’s a very authentic and classy operation.
