To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply:
• Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book.
• Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.

Entire space accommodates 16 individuals. Additional guests are allowed up to 22 people for an extra cost of $150 each per night (select your total group for auto-calculation of total cost).
