The first night went well, but we were awoken at 4:30am for a fire alarm and the whole building was evacuated. We were able to get back in after about an hour. Meanwhile, the water to the building was shut down due to this incident. We were unable to use the taps, toilets, shower and laundry. We were forced to move out early, before the check out time, because there was no water. The condo owner was very communicative through the whole situation until I informed him that we had to move out due to the water situation. He will no longer respond to me, I asked for a refund and he won't respond to my messages now. Very disappointed.

Condo is just as pictured. Very clean, bright and soundproof from the neighbours. Make sure you are informed about the FOB prior to arrival. Super restaurants across the street. We would stay here again if seeking a base downtown.
