we were very dissatisfied with the amount of drug addicts and homeless that were in the area. You could not walk anywhere without running into them. They were right outside the hotel often across the street and wherever you walked. They were drinking rooting through garbage taking their clothes off smoking crack, and the fentanyl users were hunched over sleeping. It’s a chronic issue that the hotel says they try to soft talk these people so as not to have retaliation. Unfortunately, it seems to be accepted around restaurants, coffee, shops, and the hotel For that reason we would never stay there again. it was very disappointing. The plus is for the hotel was that it was clean. The other issue was Wi-Fi. It often was not strong enough or you had to repetitively sign in. The hotel Had a great buffet breakfast valet parking and the rooms were kept very well.

The rooms are sparkling clean and the entire property is well-maintained. I like that there was a variety of options for breakfast. The parking fee is outrageous though, we were told that the parking fee is $30 per day, however it ends at 8am the next day. So if you’re checking-out at 12noon you have to extend your parking for 4 hours which will cost you an additional $20. Also, the front desk agent who helped us check-in did not greet us nor smiled, just a direct question “checking-in?”. The staff needs a little bit more kindness.
