the TV was a piece of crap , a real snowy picture and only about 3/4 of the screen light up making watching the NHL play-off game real disappointing and the coffee machine didn't work at all ! Wouldn't stay there again !!

Long wait to check in. Staff insisted on verifying ID of ALL people who appeared to be adults. Thankfully my 17 year old had her drivers license with her.. the outside of the hotel is pretty rundown. Inside is fine. Restaurant was closed for renovations but no notice given when booking. Overall a disappointing experience

We stayed here for one night and the bedroom the coffee maker as broke , the bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them also with the walls, the tv didn’t really work it kept glitching out and having static on every channel. The vending machine didn’t work for drinks. We went to the pool and as soon as we walked in our eyes started burning as if there was too much chlorine in the poool so i decided to use the hot tub instead and there were bandaids floating in it so that was also a no ! We got towels from the pool area to dry off and they all had gross yellow / red stains on at least 6 of them we tried …. The website also states there’s breakfast which is one of the reasons we chose this place but upon arrival we find out the restaurant isn’t even open because of renovations . I stayed here based off other positive reviews but I’m not sure what happened with our stay because it was not good !

Staff ignored do not disturb sign and knocked once prior to unlocking our door. We were laying on the bed and had the bolt lock on so the door wouldn’t open fully. When I said “excuse me?” They left. I walked into the hallway and no one was there, 5 minutes later she knocked again saying house keeping. We had just checked in and had the do not disturb on the door. At this point they tried opening the door again and I walked over and she handed me a singular dirty washcloth and said “you only have one in here.” Weird service all around and not the cleanest hotel. We stayed one night and wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer

The parking lot is spacious and the view is great. The place used to be amazing but has become a bit run down. Still very nice! Great pool and hot tub. The drain in the pool's shower was broken. The staff are very nice.

Room was dirty, old, rough shape overall and smelt really bad especially the bathroom area. Window locks were broken.. which is really inconvenient when your put on the 5th floor with children. Price was pretty high for what it is. Stayed in way cheaper places that are better taking care of.
