The bath tub was clogged and the bathroom room floor was slippery. My friend was trying to get towels .. it didnt come despite asking for it 3x at the front counter. The phone in the room was unable to be connected to housekeeping or front office. Either it was too busy thar nobody is picking up or its just not connected. Its impossible to get any service via phone.

Absolutely disgusting room, unknown stains in the sink, curtains and a bed. Red stains… interesting. Just filthy, dust, weird smells. Shower floor was visibly dirty. Wouldn’t book again, they also asked for a tip.

The location is very convenient, but the service is not good. They gave us the key to an occupied room. The remote control had no batteries. The reception never answers. It takes a long time to check in and there is only one person serving. The carpets in the hallways and elevators are very dirty. If you have suitcases, there is no one to help you.
