Our room was flooded. Soaking wet carpets, strange smell on arrival. Figured it was the rain. We told the front desk, didn't seem to really care, said "it's likely the rain" yeah, obviously. Moved us to a new room down the hall. Was fine until the people next to us kept screaming all night with what seemed like 20 people in their room. Called the front desk to have it dealt with, said they would send someone but it continued well into the night. Was not a good stay for my birthday weekend. The property looked a bit sketchy from the outside but I gave it a chance based on the photos I saw on Expedia. It was definitely not really what appeared. The pool area was okay but the building is definitely dated and has many structural issues that need to be addressed. The staff seemed annoyed with me every time I tried to bring a problem to them, which I've never really had to do at any other hotel so that didn't make me feel great.

Property is not maintained. Weeds around the grounds. Interior fixtures dated. What looks like merely cursory remedial work might have been done. Carpet looks old and dirty. Lack of lighting in some closed common areas.

Decent Airport Hotel

It was fine for the night. I had a very late arriving delayed flight. I appreciated the proximity to the airport and quick checkin process. It’s nothing special, but a cost efficient bed and shower. Everyone was friendly.

Decent Value For Price

The hotel could definitely use some updating, but for the price and proximity to the airport, it was fine for the night. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There is also plenty of free parking and a gas station close by to fill up the rental car before return.
