Royal hotel was priced slightly cheaper Rahman other hotels but shows in small ways. The pillows were lumpy and were not comfortable at all. The air conditioning was a loud as a car revving its engine. Only one elevator, but if there are more then staff did not mention to me. It was a decent location to the airport.

Dining was really bad. Over expensive for what you get to eat. Food was dry and over cooked. Room was ok. Floor was dirty in the room. Beds were clean at leased. Overall it didn’t look like the picture they had advertised.

We checked in, there was a party above us that went late into the evening. One of our party went out to sleep in the car. We woke up the next morning to puke in the hallways and elevator. When I tried to tell the front desk staff in the morning, he just dismissed me and didn’t even make eye contact. We went for breakfast and in the way back up to the room, the mess was still in the elevator so obviously vomit in the elevator wasn’t too much of a priority. Glad our stay was just one night.

Would not stay here again. Needs updating. Man at desk when leaving June 9 was rude even though he appeared to be training a second man. Fridge noisy needs attention. Air either hot or freezing and a wedding on night 1 was out of control until 2am.

The fellow at the front desk was unfriendly and not helpful! We couldn’t find the tv remote and he said to look in all the drawers in which we did and then he said that he couldn’t do a thing about it. The towels were stained and the tub taps were falling apart. We paid for a bigger room which was also more expensive and it was no where near as nice as some of the cheaper hotels we have stayed at. They say the floors are hypoallergenic but when I took my white socks off to goto bed they were filthy!

Staff at check in wasnt aware the room is ready .She was lost as her off duty time was approching.It wasnt peaceful place to sleep,noise from fridge and other sources.No footmat in bathroom,shower make whole bathroom wet and slippery.Oven and fridge are in close cupboard,no teakettle .Breakfast was good.Dining options around places are good.Refund of security was fast but told it will take a week.
