The staff are amazing especially EJ and Ramil. We are at room 132 and the parking is right behind us. There was a big truck parked in front of our window and when he started his truck in the morning, all the fume from the truck came in to our room because the heater is facing in the parking lot. That was around 7:00 am. Did not have a good sleep because around 12-1:00 am there was someone fighting and yelling in the hallway and we have a dog and she started barking. The room was clean.

No water bottles in the room and there was a huge bug in the washroom , informed front staff they cleared it but still it wasn’t a good experience , two sockets for not working .
