We have stayed at the Sandman Signature Calgary Airport Hotel a couple of times and like that there is a restaurant in the hotel and they provide transportation to and from the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. This time they were exceptional! I lost my glasses when we were there and the staff found them and packed them up and sent them to me. In particular, I want to thank Carmela who went above and beyond to ensure I got my glasses. The Sandman is just a pleasant place to stay.

Offered to upgrade to an executive suite which we did and when we got there there were strands of black hair on the bathroom counter. Along with that the entire room was rundown ie, sofa bed, counters in bathroom, broken shower nob and remote and there were loud noises coming from the side/air conditioning unit...and not the mention the nasty windows (no view as not cleaned). Major noises coming in this room and right beside electrical room and stairs. Not impressed at all. Not worth money to stay here. The only good thing was the restaurants (moxies and chop)
