Known for its peaceful residential streets and scenic views, it offers easy access to major highways and is just minutes from East Hills Shopping Centre, Costco, Walmart, and other essential amenities. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy nearby parks, trails, and the Bow River, perfect for hiking, jogging, and wildlife viewing, making this unit the ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.



Getting Around:

Belvedere benefits from its proximity to major transit routes, including the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) and Stoney Trail, offering quick access to downtown Calgary, the airport, and other parts of the city. The nearby Calgary Transit network also makes it easy to get around.

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
