Lofty Location but noisy and needs some tlc

Initially communication was good but then sent pics below to let them know something should be done as this was by the bed in the loft area. Cupboard door need fixing and tv would not turn on. There was no response. When showering or flushing the toilet, in any unit it can be heard throughout the building because it is industrial. Location was great for what we needed and the space for everyone was good. It was ok but hope this is fixed up for the next person.
