Lovely Seaview Duplex Apartment

This charming duplex apartment offers stunning ocean views and a peaceful setting surrounded by banana plantations.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy kitchenette, dining table, and comfortable lounge area, along with a complete bathroom. ( we have an extra bed for the extra person stay. )

Upstairs, the bedroom enjoys amazing panoramic views of the sea — the perfect spot to wake up to each morning.

Just to the left of your apartment is the shared pool area, featuring plenty of space to relax by the pool or enjoy a barbecue. A common laundry room is also available for residents.

This apartment is part of a small complex of four individual units, each with its own entrance and private terrace. There’s a parking area for four cars (one per apartment). The entrance is a bit steep, but you can always park on the street and walk down.

The location is ideal — within walking distance of the popular Engenho Velho Restaurant, and about a 30-minute walk to the beach, where you’ll find more shops and restaurants. In just 2 minutes, you can reach the Via Express, providing easy access to explore the entire island.

Tolles Appartement mit mega Blick

Alles prima! Im Inserate war allerdings ein schlafsofa angegeben, welches es nicht gab, sodass wir nicht getrennt schlafen konnten, wie ursprünglich geplant. Pool super und eine Wohnungsreinigung zwischendurch, da wir 12 Tage da waren. Für uns selbst gab es keine Möglichkeit an Staubsauger, Putzmittel und frische Wäsche zu kommen. Das hätten wir noch besser gefunden...
