Schönes Haus - leider mit feuchtem Bad- und Schlafzimmer

Wir verbrachten zu viert (2 Pärchen) vier Wochen im Dezember/Januar in der Unterkunft. Sie lag ziemlich zentral in dem kleinen Städtchen Punta do Pargo und Häuser befinden sich direkt drum rum, das sah von den Bildern her abgeschiedener aus. Der obere Bereich mit Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist geräumig, nur leider sehr dunkel. Der obere Bereich mit der Couch war sehr dreckig und die Möbel abgenutzt. Generell war schon sehr viel in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze, Sofa, kaputte Kaffeemaschine…Der Windfang außen gestaltete sich als sehr praktisch, da doch öfter Wind weht. Anzumerken ist, dass wir das untere zweite Bad aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel nicht nutzen konnten und die ganze Zeit ein sehr lautes Entfeuchtungsgerät lief. Entsprechend feucht waren auch die Schlafzimmer. Bei Regen hat es sogar oben in die Wohnung reingeregnet und der Kamin war bei Wind nicht nutzbar, weil die Scheibe locker sitzt und so der ganze Rauch in die Wohnung kommt. Insgesamt für so eine lange Zeit nutzbar, aber eher enttäuschend.
