Great for remote work, as it features a lovely office space with a spacious desk, Wi-Fi, printer, and other necessary gadgets.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off the lights and the air conditioner every time you exit the apartment. Clean up after yourself, and if you break anything, report it. Do not put paper or sanitary products in the toilet
Take the trash out to the basement (Floor -1) No parties, alcohol,  tobacco or other drugs are permitted in this apartment. Guests under 18 must prove a relationship with the guest.
Silence hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am All items that belong to apartment 1104 must be left inside the apartment. Report any damage within the first 24 hours of arrival. Gas must be turned off.
