The owner was not friendly at all and seemed upset that the room was reserved through Expedia. They really shouldn’t use the word “hotel” to describe this place. The cleaning lady was as sweet as pie, and the young woman who handled check-in was very nice and patient but the way the owner spoke to her was unpleasant to witness. The two positive reviews listed online must be fake because nothing about the accommodations reflects them. There are too many things to list that were not up to par. They have AC but it does not work, it blows hot air, no hot water, no elevator, no phone in the rooms to communicate with front desk. No lamps in the room. The curtains in the windows was...there are no words. Staying at a hostel would have been a bit more comfortable. The only positive is the location is conveniently located to where the hotspots are and short drive to airport.

Mala experiencia

Ausencia de personal con experiencia en atención de un hotel. aseo deficiente en habitación y baño, ausencia de ascensor para 5 pisos, sin agua caliente. NO respetaron la reserva que teníamos y tuvimos que salir del hotel
