I didn’t get the suite I reserved, the hotel oversold the rooms and they didn’t respect my reservation that I made months in advance. And I didn’t receive any compensation nor any money back for the difference in rooms. no Manager on site to handle the issue, I waited for a Manager to contact me and never happened. The guy who received the payment for my room didn’t say anything about giving me a different room until I got in the room and figured out it wasn’t what I reserved. Also, next morning there was no coffee at the breakfast buffet “No coffee” in Colombia !!! I spoke with 3 different waiters and the “manager” and he told me to get some from the reception. I ended up having breakfast the following mornings at the next door hotel. Lobby was always dirty and in general the building needs maintenance.
