The rooms where clean and the bed is the best one out of the four hotels we stayed in the Cali area. The AC is hard to control, it has a mind of it's own, no courtesy water or coffe to brew in a Deluxe Suite room, Tried a few meals from the restaurant and was not satisfied, everything is cooked with very high amounts of oil. Getting back in the Hotel lobby coming from the outside the security personel a bit much, we felt somewhat uncomfortable walking in every time, and the restaurant choices in the area are just what's inside the attached mall food court, they have decent choices but everything closes at 10pm. Overhall I think is a good hotel but is just not our style stay.

El customer service del todos los empleados es excelente, sobretodo de Alexander el botones y el mesero Daniel. Las toallas del hotel siempre son viejas y deshilachadas, desagradable un perro grande de color cafe que se pasea en el desayuno sin correa mientras desayunamos tirando pelos por todas partes. Las regulaciones de Colombia exigen tener los perros con correa, este parece un perro callejero que entra al lobby y al comedor.
