With three bedrooms, a large living area, a sunroom, and a secure garden, it's the perfect coastal retreat for families, friends, and boating enthusiasts.

* This house IS pet friendly, a pet surcharge fee of $100 applies; all pets must be registered and pet fees paid via our Guest App after booking.

If you are bringing your pet, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of $100 will be payable after you book through our guest portal (you will receive details for this once you have confirmed your booking).

We reserve the right to cancel your pet request (and offer a booking cancellation) should we deem your pet unsuitable to stay at a short-term listing. We also reserve the right to charge extra (up to an additional $100) for shedding pets to cover the cost of steam cleaning. Should you state your pet to be non-shedding and our cleaners report pet hair and we need to book steam cleaning, we reserve the right to use your security deposit to cover the additional costs of steam cleaning. Even though the property is listed as pet friendly, we expect you ensure you treat our property with respect for the owners and other guests, and pets are kept off furniture and bedding and are cleaned up after.
