Frankie's Place is a stunning coastal master built home just one street back from the beachfront reserve, with access just up the road from the Callala beach track which will lead you through to the beautiful shores of Jervis Bay and onto the very popular Callala Beach. Imagine waking each morning to the sound of birds chirping and waves on the shore. Everything about Frankie's Place exudes coastal ambience in a relaxed and quiet setting.

This immaculately presented home boasts the latest in designer trends while the well-established gardens create the perfect amount of shade and privacy in any season throughout the year. The fully fenced yard and native gardens boast the ultimate coastal atmosphere. Frankie's Place offers exclusive access to a communal indoor heated swimming pool for year-round water fun. The community pool is a 2 minute walk from the house and about 15m long.

This beautiful home comprises of 3 generous size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and open living with high ceilings offering a relaxed and spacious feeling for the perfect relaxing holiday. Step out into the outdoor alfresco space which flows from the large glass sliding doors in the dining area and enjoy a tasty BBQ with your family and friends.

Frankie's place has split system air conditioning as well as for those cooler months, the property has a warm wood fireplace and 2 electric heaters.

Fringed by powder white sand and tranquil blue water, Callala Bay is an ocean lovers delight. Tucked into the northern end of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, this relaxed coastal village offers calm swimming, snorkelling, fishing, boating and kayaking, as well as bushwalking and dolphin parades. With a boat ramp and jetty, Callala Bay is a great base to explore the crystal-clear waters of Jervis Bay. You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club. This scenic spot is also on the doorstep of Jervis Bay National Park, where you can follow the Hare Point walking track through sand forest and dunes to a pretty inlet. Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, the longest beach in Jervis Bay, and backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.

- One small pet is welcome. Your pet is to be house trained and well behaved/community friendly. Please ensure your pet is not left alone at the house for long periods of time. It's a quiet residential area and excessive barking while you're away will be disturbing to the surrounding neighbours (your pet will miss you too much) Your pet is allowed inside but not on the furniture or carpeted areas. Please bring all your own pet accessories (beds, food and water bowls) and pick up after your pet.

Spacious, Relaxing, Clean

A lovely airy, clean and bright house. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious living areas, outdoor deck and kitchen. Plenty of space for 2 families with busy teens. Yard was safe and secure for our dog. Would stay again.
