The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn off the air conditioner, including those in the studio and return any furniture to its original location.
For those with pets, please clean up after your pets (pooper scooper provided), including removal of pet hair.
Please shake off sand from used beach towels outside before placing in the main bathroom
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

* No pets are to sit/sleep on furniture or beds. * Local authorities state a quiet time between 10pm and 8am to respect the neighbours
* An accurate number of guests and pets must be noted at the time of booking. *BBQ is to be cleaned if you use it.
*The studio bedrooms are available for over 8 guests where the appropriate fee is paid. *Pet owners are to clean after their pet - including hair
