The large south-facing glass window makes the spacious apartment light and sunny. The apartment is suitable for 4 people and comfortably furnished, including a sauna. Located on the first/top floor, so no upstairs neighbors. Accessible via the stairwell or the elevator. Spacious living room and kitchen with sliding doors and garden door to the large sunny south-facing balcony with a view over the dunes. Garden furniture available.
