Accommodation description:
The stylish villa offers beautiful views and air conditioning at walking distance from picturesque Callian. Through the large entrance hall (a few steps) you reach the cosy living room and kitchen with French doors to the huge terrace. You can enjoy a drink of your choice on the lovely lounge sofas during long summer evenings. The pool is downstairs in the spacious enclosed garden. Enjoy!
The villa is located near the lovely village of Callian. One of the prettier villages in the region and with a castle! You are half an hour's drive from the beaches at Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël and 5 minutes from the lovely swimming lake Lac de St. Cassien.

Hire a pedalo at Lac St. Cassien, go rafting or hiking in the Gorges du Verdon and laze on the wide sandy beaches of the Côte d'Azur (Fréjus and Cannes). Golfers can go straight to the nearby golf course of Tourrettes: Golf de Terre Blanche. Children will enjoy a day at the tree-climbing park in Montauroux (Parcabout). A perfect villa for a wonderful week's holiday (or wonderful weeks!) in Provence! In high season you avoid the traffic jams, because this villa can be booked from Sunday to Sunday

Beautiful Villa in Callian

The Villa was beautifully decorated and very well equipped - everything had been thought of to make our stay feel as if we were at home yet still on holiday. The large terrace area was fabulous and the gardens a delight to wander through. Wonderful pool which was even better at night with the pool lighting! Excellent communication from Caroline (our Property Manager) so felt reassured that we could ask any questions if needed. We loved the little garden area with the pétanque court and picnic table - a delightful unexpected discovery! The only tiny negative was the incredibly narrow entrance off the main road into the small lane along which the Villa Olivier is situated. Very glad our car wasn’t any larger! We have stayed in Callian before so love the area, and it was super being able to stroll up into the village for morning croissants or for a local lunch or dinner. We’re very grateful to the Swedish owners for sharing their beautiful home.

Fantastic Villa with magnificant view!

The house is gorgeous. Beautiful arranged rooms, equipped with everything you need for a splendid time. Kitchen is well equipped with modern devices and all necessary tools. TOP barbeque grill. The terrace is big, fitted with a great variety of chairs and loungers. It provides a perfect view over the surrounding landscape. The pool is big and clean, always ready for a cool splash during hot days. Callian has a boulangerie in walking distance. You can find all neccessary shops within a 10 minutes drive. Callian lies perfect for day-trips to Cannes, Frejus, Antibes or Grasses. Nice is only a one hour drive away. The surrounding smaller villages are perfect starting points for hiking in the hills.
