The villa features elegant paving, air-conditioned rooms, and a private swimming pool that can be heated to 23°C (extra charge, available October to May with 10 days’ notice). A spacious living room with a smart TV and Netflix provides a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the stunning surroundings. Set in the picturesque hilltop village of Callian, this villa offers breathtaking views of valleys and mountains. Callian is known for its impressive 11th-century medieval château and vibrant local market showcasing delicious regional produce. The village is a favourite for hikers and nature lovers, while a magnificent golf course lies less than 8 km away. The beautiful white-sand beaches of Cannes are within 30 km, and a large lake with beaches and pedalos is just a 10-minute drive from the villa. Guests can enjoy relaxing moments in the large garden or admire the charming village from the kitchen’s lovely window. Parking is provided with a free electric car charging station (subject to compatibility).
