We are just a few minutes on foot from Calolziocorte train station, served by direct trains to and from Milan, Lecco, the lake, and Valtellina. The town center is also easily reachable on foot, with a pleasant walk through a pedestrian area full of shops and services. A convenient and strategic starting point for excursions, days by the lake, or business trips.
Layout and amenities
The apartment, on the third floor of an elegant building with access via a private road, has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes and truly generous space. Access is through a reserved entrance with a private garage and an additional parking space, then up to the third floor.
Upon entering, you find a large, very bright living room : on the left, a relaxation area with a 3-seat sofa and chaise longue facing a 64” TV; on the right, a dining table for 4–6 people and a door leading to a usable terrace with a beautiful lake view . The separate kitchen is fully equipped: built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
a master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, sink, bidet, toilet)
a second double bedroom with wardrobe
a third bedroom with two single beds
a second large bathroom with a 1.8 m walk-in shower
