Bellota Villa, with Stunning Mountain & Sea Vistas - Calonge

Holidays on the Costa Brava:
We invite you to enter in Casa Bellota, a homely house located in a residential area dominated by green landscapes, in the heart of the Costa Brava.

A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in a beautiful urbanization, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment. The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool. The pool has weekly maintenance.

The house is very comfortable and pleasant. It is distributed on two levels. To access the house you have to go up the stairs next to the parking area. Entering the house, a small hall that will lead you to the main floor, with an open concept, with a fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with access to the terrace.

On this same level, a bedroom available, a full bathroom, and a laundry area with an extra toilet.

Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a 135x190cm bed, and one bedroom has two single beds.

From the living-dining room you can go out to the terrace, where the views are captivating, and access the pool. The pool is fenced, with integrated stairs and measures approx. 4x8m.On one side of the house, you will find the charcoal barbecue, and some stairs to the side will take you to an inspiring place. You also have access to the laundry and the extra toilet, for the pool area, connected to the lounge-dining room.

The TV has national channels. You can carry a USB with your favorite shows or movies.

What can you do around it? our location allows us to move easily to be able to visit recognized cities, such as Barcelona, Girona or Figueres. But if you want to stay closer, there are many towns that stand out for their historical features, charming beaches, water park, good restaurants and shopping centers in addition to the diversity of activities you can practice (biking, hiking, fishing, diving, sailing, kayaking...).
