Spacious and thoughtfully designed villa, perfect for a group of 8 across two levels—an ideal retreat for two families. The upper floor boasts three bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom and another double and a twin plus another bathroom. In the night area, a powerful central air conditioning machine keeps all three bedrooms cool. If the bedroom doors are open, this system will ensure a comfortable climate for all.

The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the living room, featuring air conditioning and a smart TV. A glass covered terrace, an extension of the living space, ensures everyone finds a comfortable spot.

Descend to the lower level, where a studio awaits, just in front of the pool. The studio offers with a bathroom and basic kitchen/living area. The outdoor area is an oasis with a covered porch with table and chars for 8, private garden, refreshing pool with sundbeds, table tennis, and a spacious coal barbecue for memorable gatherings. Total privacy is ensured as the pool and garden levels are behind the house and a bit lower than the street level.

Convenient parking with a garage for one car and additional gated parking for one more car.

The villa features free high speed wifi.

Spacious Villa Great outside area

1 of the best outdoor areas we have stayed at table tennis added bonus quiet location but easy drive to shops and resort car is a must the fridge in apartment is great but would not include this area for someone to sleep in has all dishes utensils etc you would expect

Maison bien isolée, point de vue idéal, près de tout, mer, commerces

Globalement très bon avis, beau produit, maison bien agencée. Belle piscine. Beaux espaces. Véra est une personne très agréable et serviable. Bémol sur l'absence de correspondance directe entre le haut de la maison et le studio côté piscine. Il faudra également songer à refaire entièrement la route d'accès à la maison, entièrement défoncée. Sinon, je recommande vivement

Demasiadas cosas que no son lo que parecen, preocupante los nidos de avispas y las hormigas. El primer día teníamos mucho calor y habían dejado la calefacción puesta. Con que solo cuidaran algunas detalles, seria genial.

Parfait pour des vacances reposantes!

Villa parfaitement conforme à la description. Elle est située dans une impasse et est vraiment au calme. L’extérieur est top et on dispose de tout le confort souhaité pour passer des vacances paisibles. La piscine (environ 28m2) est nickel et le studio sous la maison permet de profiter de l’extérieur avec toutes les commodités (cuisine, frigo, toilette, tv, etc...). Vaste terrasse bien ombragée qui permet de lézarder sans être étouffé par la chaleur. La climatisation dans l’espace nuit est aussi un plus très appréciable. Les chambres sont de belles tailles et disposent de plein de rangement. Enfin la maison est vraiment très bien équipée et rien ne manque (notamment en cuisine) La mer est à 5kms et très facilement accessible en voiture tout comme les communes de Sant Antoni de Calonge et Palamós. Bref une bien belle location pour des vacances familiales reposantes...

Hay que decir que la atención de Mark y Vera hacen que las vacaciones sean más placenteras todavía Habría que mejorar las camas y poner cortinas en las duchas ya que se moja mucho el baño En el baño que está en la habitación no hay puerta y aunque no se vea nada no queda del todo bien

Belle maison bien équipée

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette spacieuse propriété bien équipée aussi bien à l'extérieur (meubles de jardins, table de ping-pong, chaises longues, etc), qu'à l'intérieur (nombre de pièces, sales de bain, mobilier, agencement de cuisine, ustensiles, etc). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Les seules inconvénients sont les moustiques le soir (il faudrait avoir un système efficace qui les éloignent autour de la piscine), pas de garage (il y a de la place de parc à l'intérieur de la propriété pour deux voitures) et les rue dans le village qui sont assez détériorées (à rouler doucement). Pour tout le reste, c'est vraiment un bel endroit (décoration, plantes, alentours, etc) avec vue sur la montagne, très tranquille et reposant, idéal pour deux familles. Bravo aux propriétaires pour leurs bon gouts! Je recommande cette maison aux familles et amis qui cherche le calme, les baignades en piscine ou à la mer (7 km, en voiture 8 minutes), avec beaucoup de commodités, proche de grands commerces, banques, ou tout autre activités que l'on souhaite faire, en un mot, il ne manque rien.
