The house is located in an environment that allows easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, the Villa is located in the Mas Pere de Calonge urbanization, 6 km from the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge.

Villa with private pool, and a large garden, with a lot of privacy, on the main floor has 1 bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower and a full bathroom with bathtub. Fully equipped independent kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace. From the dining room there are stairs to an upper floor where we find a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. It also has a wide list of additional services and amenities:
