In the municipality of Calvi dell'Umbria, about 90 km from Rome, 30 km from Orte and 37 km from Terni is the property Il Pago. It consists of an old farmhouse, completely renovated in the late 1990s, which is spread over two floors; a large outdoor patio, a swimming pool and large garden complete the property.
Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the double living room and large kitchen can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Outside, a wood-burning oven, a large grill and patio tables are available to guests for outdoor dining. The swimming pool, about 18 square meters, has a maximum depth of 1.6 m and enjoys a wonderful panoramic view.
The 4 bedrooms, all on the first floor, can accommodate:
room 1 - up to 3 people (one double and 1 single bed)
room 2: up to 3 people (one double and 1 single bed)
room 3: up to 2 persons (one double bed)
room 4: 2 people (one double bed or 2 single beds)
In addition, in the living room one of the sofas can be converted into a double bed.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom (sink, toilet and bidet), on the first floor are the other two bathrooms (both with showers); there is an additional outdoor shower by the pool.
In the garden there are numerous tall trees and an area with children's games and a ping-pong table.
