Very warm villa "Acacia" with beautiful garden - 4 to 6 people

In the small holiday residence "Acquavital" in Calvi: a very pleasant southern exposure as it is shaded by a planted pergola and two well-stocked acacia trees. You can enjoy a large private lawned garden, full of flowers and very well maintained. A barbecue, “luxury” deckchairs. Everything is planned to spend pleasant moments returning from the beaches or visits.

Inside this villa, the equipment is very complete: air conditioning in all rooms, wifi, TV, welcome book. In the kitchen: oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, electric hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, grocery base (salt, pepper, oil, hand washing-up liquid sponge).

2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet (hair dryer).

You can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool measuring 6 by 12 meters, with deckchairs, very pleasant, in the shade of a fig tree.

Our rates are "all inclusive": end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental (sheets and towels, 2 tea towels), wifi, tourist taxes, current charges, free shared washing machine.

The location is ideal for visiting Calvi and Balagne, one of the most beautiful regions of Corsica. You will not need to cross an urban center to enjoy the majority of centers of interest (so almost no traffic) to get to the magnificent fine sandy beaches (dozen beaches within 10km), towards the hiking trails, natural river swimming pools, picturesque villages and the wine and artisan route...

Fijn huis en tuin, locatie iets minder

We vonden het een fijn huis en tuin. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wel jammer dat het dichtbij een drukke weg ligt, je hoort de auto’s goed. Verder vonden we de residence niet echt bijzonder. Het geheel ligt een beetje in de middle of nowhere. Met 8 auto minuten ben je op het mooie strand van calvi dat was fijn. Er zijn ook meer stranden in de buurt. Calvi als stadje ook heel leuk, ongeveer 15 min met auto.

Une merveille... A reserver sans modération..

Jérome et sa maman nous acceuille dans un havre de paix..l'endroit est toujours aussi magnifique...calme et serénité se dégage des Lauriers Roses... Que du bonheur de revenir dans la Villa Acacia...très bien agencé... Tout est ici réuni pour réussir un séjour de reve...La piscine chauffée est un atout que l'on apprécie grandement...La résidence est très bien située pour effectuer des balades dans toute cette merveilleuse Balagne..décompression et ressource totale dans cette belle Ile de Beauté... Un grand merci pour la gentillesse de Jérome et de sa maman... A très vite...et a l'année prochaine...avec toujouirs autant de plaisir Thierry D

Praktische Unterkunft in der Nähe von Calvi

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Jerome, alles Notwendige für den Urlaub ist vorhanden. Saubere Wohnung, gepflegte Aussenanlage, grosser (beheizter) Pool. Vom nahen Flughafen ist wenig zu hören, die nahe Strasse ist gut wahrnehmbar. Der Internetanschluss ist zeitlich limitiert.
