A laundry room with a washing machine is also provided. The property includes a 2000 m² enclosed garden, garden furniture, four sun loungers, a barbecue, a swing, and a pétanque court. Baby equipment is available, including a cot, high chair, baby bath, and changing table. This beautiful country house is close to Sarlat, a world-renowned medieval town in the Dordogne Valley (river swimming is 3 km away). In Calviac, you can see the ferryman's house, a testament to the river's past trade; the last ferry crossing took place in 1952. Its ideal location provides quick access to the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir (castles, caves, villages, etc.). Marked hiking trails, cycle paths, short and long hikes, and cultural and sporting activities are all within 10 km. You'll also appreciate the proximity to the Padirac Cave, Rocamadour, and the Lacave Cave on the border of the Lot department. This large gîte is perfect for gatherings with family or friends.
