Staffs are very friendly. Viet (bell boy) is extremely helpful. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were amazing, so much to choose from, alcohol included. Very clean and fresh hotel. Very large staff - someone is always there. Although the staff is not too welcoming. Safe. Clean and maintained garden, superb beach. 99% customers are Russian.
