Es wäre sehr schön gewesen, aber…

Die Lage und das grundsätzliche Angebot sind toll. Wenn da nicht der schwierige Umgang des Eigentümers mit Rückmeldungen wäre. Wir hatten fast die ganzen zwei Wochen eine nicht richtig funktionierende Toilette und fehlendes Wasser in einem Bad. Zusätzlich war das Haus und vor allem der Grilllplatz nicht bzw.wenig geputzt (das haben dann wir übernommen). Wir haben anständig Rückmeldung gegeben und dann immer nachgehakt, weil die Kombination dann zu diesem Preis für uns doch nicht passend war. Leider wollte der Eigentümer solche Themen nicht hören, hat uns vertröstet, hat abgestritten und noch einiges mehr. Wir haben uns dort nicht mehr wohl gefühlt. Das Toiletten- und Badproblem wurde dann am vorletzten Tag - obwohl ja gemäss Eigentümer alles in Ordnung war - behoben.

Excellent séjour, avec juste quelques petits bémols

La villa correspond parfaitement au descriptif (absolument aucune mauvaise surprise). Elle fait partie d'un ensemble de plusieurs maisons dans un domaine privé (accès via portail télécommandé), situé dans le petit village de Ponte Mazzori, au coeur d'un vallon très nature. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire et est très grande. Intérieur et extérieur parfaitement entretenus, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (BBQ, tables, chaises sous pergola, lits-soleil, table de ping-pong, ...). Accueil sympathique par le propriétaire, qui donne de bons conseils. Juste quelques points (bémols) qu'il est bon de préciser: - le maître des lieux ne parle ni français, ni anglais -> communication pas facile, surtout quand il y a un souci, voir point suivant, - nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas pouvoir utiliser la piscine le jeudi, en raison d'un programme de recyclage d'eau qui l’a rendue toute verte (mieux vaut anticiper cela avec le proprio, pour ne pas avoir la même déconvenue que la nôtre, car vu la chaleur qui règne dans la région (et dans la maison non climatisée), ne pas pouvoir bénéficier de la piscine pour se rafraichir est un enfer). Cela nous a valu une discussion assez vive, compliquée par l'obstacle de la langue… - le coin est curieusement très bruyant, surtout la nuit et au petit matin; une quantité incroyable de chiens vivent dans la région et aboient toute la nuit, matches de foot au terrain du village quasi tous les soirs jusque passé minuit, détestable habitude des conducteurs italiens de klaxonner à chaque tournant (très nombreux) de la route entourant le site, mise en route des débroussailleuses et tondeuses du voisinage dès l'aube. Mieux vaut apporter les boules Quies pour les plus sensibles. Malgré cela, un excellent séjour, dans une région magnifique, stratégiquement placée pour des excursions à la journée vers Pise, Florence, Viareggio, Lucca, Sienna et San Gimignano,… comme ce fut le cas par exemple pour nous.
