This elegant vacation home is located just 300 meters from the town of Camaiore. It extends over three floors and is surrounded by a garden with barbecue equipped for outdoor dining. On foot you can easily reach the historic town center with artistic jewels such as the famous Collegiate Church, the Benedictine Abbey or the Museum of Sacred Art, as well as stores of all kinds, bars, restaurants and much more. In the summer there are many interesting events here. This is an ideal starting point to reach the beach of Lido di Camaiore (8 km) with equipped bathing establishments, beautiful promenade and the "Pontile" (pier), the symbol of the town. On the pier you can enjoy an aperitif while enjoying the spectacular view of the coast. Pietrasanta, famous for the working of marble and bronze, for its historical center with art galleries and for the Cathedral of San Martino is 9 km away. Some rooms are located in the basement.

Huis Camaoire

Contactpersoon van het huis is vriendelijk. Het huis is schoon is ruim. Je kunt maar één elektrisch apparaat tegelijk gebruiken, als je meer gebruikt, valt de stroom uit. In de advertentie staat dat er 2 badkamers zijn, 1 badkamer is gewoon het toilet beneden waar een douchetang aan de muur hangt en van het toilet gescheiden door een gordijn. Het huis is voor 7 gasten echter de ligbedden/stoelen in de tuin is voor 4 personen. Er is geen WIFI in het huis aanwezig, dit is tegenwoordig echt geen optie meer. Er staan twee koelkasten waarvan er 1 niet koelt. Je kunt inchecken vanaf 17.00 uur en je checkt out om 10.00 uur, dit moet meer in balans zijn. Bijv. check in vanaf 16.00 uur en check out om 11.00 uur, dat geeft nog steeds voldoende tijd voor het schoonmaken van het huis. De kosten voor schoonmaak zijn €200 wat ik echt een hoog bedrag vind.

Wunderbar

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes freistehendes Haus. Der online Auftritt spiegelt das Haus genau so da, wie angeben. Große Sitzecke mit Pool & Grill laden zu gemütlichen Abenden im Freien ein. 3 Schlafzimmer im OG (Einzelzimmer + 2 x Doppelzimmer + Bad mit Badewanne). Im EG befindet sich der Wohn- & Essbereich sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Im UG ein weiterer Wohnbereich mit einem Zimmer & 2 Einzelbetten. Alles ist sehr sauber. Geschirr, Gläser & Besteck sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Pool wird 2x wöchentlich vom Vermieter gereinigt. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Grundstück (2-3 Autos). In die Innenstadt von Camaiore sind es 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum öffentlichen Strand (kostenlos & sehr sauber) von Viareggio ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Klare Empfehlung!

Sejour très agréable

L’emplacement et la maison est telle qu’elle est décrite sur les photos. Le lieu est bien situé et à proximité de Florence Pise et des 5 terres. Les propriétaires ont été a l’écoute et très réactifs. Je recommande vivement spécialement aux familles avec enfants..
