The Antico Casale al Tere is located in Nocchi, a few minutes by car from the center of Camaiore, in Tuscany, and about 12 km from the sea of Lido di Camaiore in Versilia, and offers a holiday stay for up to 13 people with a large private garden, a private swimming pool and another small relaxation pool. The Farmhouse is made up of the main villa and the Annex.

The place in which it is located lends itself to a truly relaxing holiday, surrounded by greenery, but close to all daily necessities.
In fact, the first supermarkets and restaurants are just over 1km away.

The private garden, of about 2000m2, made up of a part of an olive grove, offers its guests the following:
- a private swimming pool 8m x 4m, 1.5m deep,
- a sunbathing area,
- a beautiful gazebo in the pool area with sofas and table,
- a second gazebo with dining table and barbecue,
- a second relaxation pool next to the outbuildings.
- Car parking for 4 cars,
- Ping pong table.

In addition to being a place to relax, the Antico Casale al Tere is an excellent starting point for discovering a large part of Northern Tuscany. In less than an hour you can reach Lucca, Pisa and Florence. In an hour and a half the magnificent Cinque Terre, and in two hours also Siena.

The Main Villa:
- External entrance with large dining table.

Ground Floor:
- Superb kitchen equipped with oven, cooking rings, dining table, toaster, coffee machine.
- Living room with TV and a sofa bed for two people.

Basement:
- a magnificent living room with exposed stone and arches for relaxing in the fresh air during the summer days, perhaps reading a good book.
- bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.

First Floor:
- Double bedroom.
- Large bathroom with tub/shower, double sink, toilet and bidet.
- Double bedroom and single bed.

Second floor attic with air conditioning:
- Through room with two single beds.
- Double bedroom, with exposed stone, cot and private bathroom with shower.

Annex in the garden:
- Living room/kitchen with TV, oven, fridge, cooking rings, sofa and air conditioning.
- Full shower-bathroom.
- Bedroom with double bed and direct door to the garden, relaxation pool area.

The entire property has WiFi internet.
Pets are not allowed.
This is the right portion of the villa, and the left is inhabited.
The entrance from the parking lot is shared with the left side.
Air conditioning is only available on the attic floor and in the annex.

Important: it is necessary to cross a narrow bridge to reach the farmhouse, and the use of too large cars is therefore not recommended.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
