Villa Marignana is a new and luxurious detached villa located in the hills of Camaiore, surrounded by a large garden with olive trees and offers a range of services and amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.It has a separate fitness room, complete with exercise equipment and a bathroom. Outside, there is a heated swimming pool ( 4 x 14 x 1,60) with whirlpool and walking massage, scenically positioned to enjoy the surrounding views. There is also an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, stove, refrigerator, and sink, ideal for preparing outdoor meals.

The villa is on two levels and has been tastefully and elegantly renovated by the owners.L
Only 100 meters from the property, there are marked hiking trails through the Camaiore area, offering opportunities to immerse oneself in the surrounding nature. The sandy beaches of Versilia are easily reached by car in about 15 minutes.

It is also recommended to visit the historic center of Camaiore, the art cities of Pisa and Lucca, and the town of Pietrasanta, famous for its art exhibitions and the works of a well-known international artist. It is important to note that about 50 meters from the villa is a separate annex exclusively available to the owners, ensuring privacy for the villa's guests.
