Struttura vecchia e molto trascurata, pulizia sommaria, personale inadeguato. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore, ci è stato detto che avrebbero chiamato un idraulico per cercare di risolvere il problema, ma ci è stato fornito solo un ventilatore, ma mai nessuno ci ha dato spiegazioni sulla risoluzione del problema. Per la colazione si dovevano prenotare le paste la sera prima, paste molto scadenti, le bevande calde servite da macchinetta e succhi di frutta sempre caldi. Le foto della sttrutura credo risalgano almeno a 20 anni fa!

Vacanza al mare con i miei due figli.

Rilassante Hotel situato a circa 100 metri dalla passeggiata di Lido di Camaiore; molto comodo l'accesso agli stabilimenti balneari. Pulizia e servizio gradevoli. Cucina tradizionale, semplice, non elaborata, adatta a tutti i componenti della famiglia, nel complesso molto buona. Ottimo per relax e vacanze in famiglia.

Very disappointing experience

The room shown in Hotels.com has nothing to do with where we stayed in. The room was extremely uncomfortable, especially the mattress of the bed, the facilities in the room were damaged, the room was very noisy all the night due to old windows that cannot block the noise. It could be a 1 star hotel rather than a 3 star. We could not sleep all the night.

abbiamo trascorso una settimana qui io e i miei genitori anziani..noi ci siamo stati benissimo...camera grande spaziosa pulita...dove non mancava nulla....l hotel è una bella struttura ,ampia e con un bello spazio all aperto. .cibo buono e abbondantr ,colazioni super...ma ciò che piu ci ha entusiasmato è stato lo staff. ...i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. ...e i dipendenti meravigliosi...come ci siamo sentiti coccolati! ...sempre col sorriso...ci torneremo sicuramente! @!

Dalle foto del sito si vedono camere bellissime poi quando arrivi all'hotel ti danno le chiavi apri la porta e resti malissimo una dusione totale .Aria condizionata rumorosa un bagno orrendo doccia aperta senza tenda senza un pannello ,il water attaccato al lavandino mobili anni 60 .Orribile

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, posizione ottimale a pochi passi dalle spiagge e dal lungomare di Camaiore, cucina ottima , unica pecca la stanza che ci è capitata con vista tetto e bagno un po’ vecchiotto, ma personale subito disponibile a cambiarla. Nel complesso è una buona struttura , la consiglierei alle famiglie.

Ho soggiornato lí solo una notte, e ho trovato la stanza comoda e in ordine. Le uniche difficoltá che ho trovato sono state l'assenza di una salita priva di scalini per portare la valigia dentro l'edificio, e soprattutto l'assenza alla reception di personale adeguato in diversi momenti. Tutti peró si sono dimostrati gentili, quindi, penso non sia un problema, a meno che non si debba per esempio lasciare l'hotel in tempi brevi per prendere dei mezzi. La posizione é molto comoda, a poca distanza da una fermata dell'autobus, e non ho mangiato la colazione, ma l'ambiente mi é sembrato famigliare e accogliente. Lo consiglio, dando magari attenzione agli orari della reception per sapere quando trovare il personale piú efficiente.

Sporco! Pessimo!

Sporco pessimo servizio al minimo degno nemmeno di 1 stella. Ascensore obsoleto puzzolente al piano terra sbarca ad un piano deposito ove sono collocati depositi immondizia e panni pulito/sporco. Ad alcuni ospiti dopo essere entrati in camera s depositati i bagagli hanno scoperto che la camera non si apriva più pertanto hanno dovuto scassinare la porta...comunque sporco e puzzolente. A meno che non cambi la gestione lo sconsiglio. Per 100€ a notte almeno la pulizia
