Splendid holiday villa renovated with quality materials. The town is Montebello, on a small hill with a breathtaking view of Camaiore and the surrounding hills. Very quiet location, offers a sensational view, appreciable also from the private pool (7.30 meters x 3.80 meters x 1.30 meters). The exterior of the house consists mainly of olive groves. The property is fenced and has a remote-controlled gate. A beautiful sun terrace invites you to admire the landscape, is ideal for lunches, dinners and even barbecues with barbecue. An outdoor shower is available at the back of the house. Air conditioning in every room and free Wi-Fi Internet service. The car can be parked on the property. Pets are allowed.

Berge, Pool und Meer, was will man mehr

Das hat eine super Lage und gut eingerichtet. Wer den Urlaub gerne in den Bergen und in der Nähe des Meeres verbringt, ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht vom Haus und in den kleinen Dörfern in den Bergen ist Atemberaubend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

A nice original Italien house, with a perfect view over Camaiore and the mountains around. The house have all you need for a great vacation. The pool was also perfect. We had a fantastic week and highly recommend this place for a great vacation…

Ehrholsamste Tage an den Hängen von Camaiore

Schönes kleines historisches Ferienhaus umgeben von Olivenhainen, mit Blick ins Tal, toller Pool und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber die sich um alles kümmern. Super waren auch die Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen. Ein großes Dankeschön, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Ferienauszeit

Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Die Bilder werden vom realen Ausblick noch übertroffen. Die gesamte Ferienvilla ist so liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details hergerichtet dass der Aufenthalt einfach Spaß macht. Technisch perfekt in Schuss, optisch einfach eine Freude. Jegliche Anfragen wurden von Gabriele (dem Sohn von Donatella) superschnell beantwortet bzw. gelöst. Für uns war das sicherlich nicht der letzte Aufenthalt an diesem Ort! Viele Grüsse, Alexander!

Hübsches kleines Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und tollem Pool mit Weitblick

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, einzig Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären noch hilfreich. Am Pool mit traumhaften Blick konnten wir super gut entspannen.

Juwel in der Toskana

Es war wunderbar! Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern verlief problemlos, alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Die Fotos sind genauso wie die Wirklichkeit. Der Pool war an heißen Tagen ein echter Gewinn. Ausflüge nach Lucca und Pisa sind sehr gut zu machen. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto nur knapp 20 Minuten entfernt und man hat eine große Auswahl an Stränden. In der direkten Umgebung findet man Supermärkte und Restaurants. Als Familie hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und wir können das Haus nur absolut weiterempfehlen.
