The "Celestina" is situated in a small village very picturesque, near Camaiore, reachable by a dirt road of 600 meters which allows it to be in a quiet and peaceful place. This old building was completely renovated in 2015 in a cozy and comfortable style. The house is arranged over three floors and offers comfortable accommodation possibility for 8 in 4 double bedrooms and three parts water. The garden and pool are south-facing.
Local Tax and final clenaing to be paid upon arrival: final cleaning € 130 - € 1.50 per day (all guests over 14 years )

Absolutely brilliant holiday home

This house was absolutely perfect. Although the pool looks small from the picture it isnt about 15ft long - just as long as many others we have had. The house and accommodation were perfect really clean and nice. Views spectacular, very convenient and the garden was lovely. Sophia was so helpful even sorting the toll on line for us for the motor way as we had credit card problems on our first day at the toll booth. We arrived much later then expected due to flight delays and delays getting the hours car but she was not bothered and took time to tell us all about the house etc. She even booked us into the local restaurant for a meal. We cant thank her enough for how welcoming she was. We would have no hestiancyt in coming abck again. Perfecrt for 8 people

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful. In the evening there were some mosquitoes outside, but with some candles the problem was solved. The entry to the property is over a very narrow bridge (my wife suffered every time we were crossing the bridge). There is an excellent restaurant 2 minutes walking distance. The pool is very nice. Despite the house has 2 air conditioners we didn’t use them (not required).

The Property, house, area are beautiful and actually nicer than the pictures shown. The manager was very nice, helpful and very easy to communicate with. I would rent this property again and am actually considering next year.

Vor- und Nachteile jedoch ein schöner Urlaub

Besonders gut gefiel: - Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster (ist wirklich wichtig, da es sehr viele Mücken gab) - Pool - Matrazen Was uns nicht gefiel: - Es wurde versucht eine Endreinigung extra abzurechnen, die nicht in der Anzeige stand. - das "3. Bad" ist ein Waschbecken, Klo und eine Dusche in der Abstellkammer, die nur vom Garten aus begehbar ist. - die Kinder wurden im Portal fewo-direkt nicht richtig angezeigt und scheinbar nicht an den Vermieter gemeldet Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist nicht beschrieben (nur Adresse) und auf Google Maps nicht ersichtlich - besser bei open street maps. Tipp: Der Weg geht an der Pizzeria und der Post vorbei und ist eine Herausforderung für größere Autos.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung, Lage und Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und helfen gerne bei Fragen. Die Zufahrt ist wie schon in den anderen Kommentaren recht abenteuerlich aber auch mit unserem SUV war es kein Problem. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es 5 Autominuten in Camaiore. Zum Strand sind es lediglich nur 15-20 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und modern. Wir waren mit 8 Personen und hatten richtig viel Platz. Für 8 Leute zu Kochen war manchmal etwas schwierig, da große Schüsseln und große Töpfe fehlen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus zu 100% weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfektes Haus für hervorragenden Urlaub

Wir waren 7 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und zwei Hunde. Sehr gepflegter und super gestalteter Garten, Pool viel grösser als Fotos es zeigen. Wir kommen sicher wieder. P.S. Pizzeria im dorf ist eine klare empfehlung (insbesondere das tiramisu) - reservierung in der saison ist aber erforderlich.

Hervorragend

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem gepflegten Objekt genossen, im Alter von 10 bis 74. Das einzige Manko ist die enge Zufahrt, aber mit Ruhe und langsamen Fahren kommt man gut dorthin. Das Gelände ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass der Hund frei laufen konnte. Der Pool ist größer als auf dem Foto zu sehen und geheizt. Was fehlt ist eine Suppenkelle und Schnapsgläser. Aber ansonsten ist das Haus top ausgestattet.

Kleines Paradies

Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Weg dorthin versteckt und ziemlich eng.. Unser Navi hat es nicht gefunden, die Vermieterin war aber vor Ort und hat uns sehr geholfen. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind genau wie in der Beschreibung, man hat seine Privatsphäre ist mit dem Auto aber schnell in der nächsten Stadt.

Great house in a great region

Very nice house with nice garden, swimming pool and very well equiped kitchen. All commodities in Camaiore at 10 minutes with the car. Nice beach in Spiaggia della Lecciona at 20 minutes. We had really wonderful holiday there. Access to the house through a small bridge is also quite surprising but so charming.

Super Ferienhaus mit Pool und spannender Zufahrt

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön und modern renoviert und echt sauber! Der Pool im eigenen Garten ist groß und für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern einfach klasse. Einzig die Zufahrt ist am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wegen engen Brücken und Gassen, was jedoch für ältere italienische Orte nicht unüblich ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen sehr guten Italiener. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem Haus und können es jedem weiterempfehlen, der ein ruhiges Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung sucht.

Vacances en famille

Très belle maison spacieuse, isolée (phonique et chaleur) et bien équipée. Fidèle à l'annonce. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Accès à la maison atypique : chemin pas forcement référencé depuis Nocchi et depuis petit pont étroit. Literie un peu dur et quelques coupures électrique, mais rien de grave. Bien située : proche de la mer (15 mimutes), des villes comme Pise ou Lucques. Destination à retenir pour une prochaine fois.

Schöner Aufenthalt in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben mit 2 Familien die 2 Wochen voll genießen können. Das Haus entsprach den Erwartungen und ist von der Lager her Richtung Lucca und Pisa ideal. Bis zu den öffentlichen Stränden fährt man knapp 30 min nach Viareggio. Die Anfaht zum Hauseingang ist etwas abenteuerlich aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ideal auch für den Radsport.

Ottima soluzione!

Casa perfetta. Accoglienza e disponibilità della proprietaria eccezionale. Tutto nuovo e molto pulita. Cucina super accessoriata. Piscina molto grande e sfruttabilissima. Unico consiglio una griglia più grande da esterno perché la griglia fornita è un po’ piccola per 8/10 persone. Ma comunque il giudizio è ottimo!!!! Posizione tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. La consiglio vivamente. Soluzione TOP.
