The apartment includes a living area, a dining area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, etc.), one bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite shower room and toilet, and an east-facing terrace.

Parking is available on the sidewalk in front of the entrance.

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T1 Bis): €44.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
