CAMBO LES BAINS, C162: On the garden level of a sunny villa, a fully renovated one-bedroom apartment (T1 bis) with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, TV, etc.), one bedroom (double bed), a shower room, a separate WC, and a south-facing terrace with an electric awning.
Free parking 30 meters away.
WIFI INTERNET ACCESS - NO PETS ALLOWED - NO BICYCLE GARAGE
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or that our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Impeccable bémol la chaleur une Clim réversible serait plus appropriée et éviterait les convecteurs

Calme propre où même nos 2 petites chiennes ont été accueillies Le seul petit bémol a été la chaleur pas de ventilateur ou une Clim réversible ça éviterait les convecteurs Mais nous avons passé un très bon moment malgré nos vacances écourtées à cause d j e panne de courant à notre maison
