Relax and enjoy this bright and spacious 2 bed bungalow in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge. Free parking is available on the driveway and on the street in front of the house.
Located just off Histon Road and close to the A14, with direct access into the city centre and a short 5 minute drive to the Science Park and Girton College, or the charming village of Histon with their excellent range of local amenities.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with wardrobe and drawers
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with hanging space and shelves.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower. Bath and hand towels are supplied for each guest, with basic toiletries provided for your stay. Travel Cot and high chair provided for free inside the house.
CHILLING:
Well-appointed open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV. Free to air TV and an Amazon Fire Stick with all your favourite streaming channels – Own account required for viewing. There is a dedicated working desk with a super fast 500Mb wifi connection provided for free.
EATING:
A fully equipped kitchen is provided for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, with basic condiments provided. There is also a washing machine available in the property for personal use.
PARKING:
Free parking is available in front of the house on the driveway, as well as free on the street parking across the road.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated just off Histon Road and close to the A14, it is a short 10 minute drive into Cambridge city centre and train station, and a quick 5 minute drive to the Science Park and Girton College, or the charming village of Histon with their excellent range of local amenities. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk with direct access into the city centre and a local convenience store is only 4 minutes walk. Our home is a perfect stay for all occasions.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.

You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.
The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
