Welcome to your peaceful top-floor retreat in the heart of Cambridge (CB1). Newly refurbished and thoughtfully designed, this modern studio offers complete privacy with no noise from above. Walk to restaurants, cafés, historic colleges, and the River Cam in minutes. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spotless interiors, and the perfect balance of central location and quiet comfort.

The space
Step inside this bright and modern retreat, freshly refurbished to offer a spacious and comfortable stay. The living area is a standout feature, it is flooded with natural light throughout the day, making the whole room feel incredibly airy and welcoming. When you want to unwind, kick back and enjoy the 32-inch smart TV with streaming services like Netflix ready for you to use, all while connected to our fast WiFi, perfect for browsing or streaming without interruption.

The brand-new, fully functioning kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including a cooker, air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, and even a washing machine for longer stays. When it’s time to relax, you’ll find the bedroom area features clever storage under the bed, perfect for keeping your belongings tucked away.

We’ve recently refurbished the bathroom and made it slightly bigger than before, allowing for more room to move. It is stocked with fresh towels and hotel-quality essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you can shower and refresh just like you would at home. See

Lovely host. Good location close to Grafton Centre. Soft bedding; very nice. Small but all needed. No oven but lots of options to eat well nearby and excellent hob.Cats loved watching sunrise and birds from sitting in windowsill from 4am, stayed there observing mostly 247. Very pet friendly. Cats had no escape holes like in most places. Lovely place. Would stay again although we have lived in Cambridge since 2005. Rented as needed some renovation. Thank you!
