A beautiful Victorian 2 bedroom peaceful and spacious house with parking and garden. Newly refurbished to an exceptional standard with all mod cons.



Located in a fantastic central area just off Hills Rd on a quiet pretty road. Within walking distance to the train station, Botanical Gardens with numerous bars and shops, cinema, bowling alley and more are very close by.



2 large bedrooms, kitchen, dining room plus a separate lounge a real home-from-home



The Space

-Set in the heart of Cambridge in such a pretty tree-lined path, truly stunning!

A stunning spacious, Victorian terrace house with your own private front door and private outdoor space.

-Leading from the hallway is a separate enclosed comfy lounge with a large flat-screen smart TV plus an elegant dining area for 6

-A separate office/study room with large desk leads onto a pretty private patio.



-The 1st floor has 2 very spacious bedrooms with lots of storage, one the with a kingsize bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed plus a large family bathroom



-Downstairs is a spacious kitchen with all modern utilities including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine

-A separate utility room had a washing machine and separate dryer plus a wine fridge

-The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with a WC

You are situated right next to the famous Parkers piece, a beautiful open green space that often hosts events, it`s a perfect spot for a picnic or just to watch the world go by.

-There are an abundance of cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops more close by It has everything you need and more!

- There are museums and universities very close by, strole into Kings college or to the Botanical gardens passing through the architecturally stunning streets of central Cambridge

-Fitzwilliam museum 15 minutes walk

-King college 15 minutes walk

-The famous Botanical Gardens is a must-visit 15 minutes walk
