Extremely Poor Communication

Communication was horrendous. We were left sat waiting for check in till really late firstly because additional checks and paperwork were required then secondly the owner didnt show with the keys till around 6.30/7pm. Also we had trouble with the key fob which would not open the front door to the building (which we didnt know until we tried to use it). Agreements were arranged for the owner to meet on more than one occasion then they didnt show. We asked for direct contact to make it easier and gave our mobile number on more than one occasion for this reason. Even though the apartment was nice I wouldnt recommend for reasons stated. Not an enjoyable experience and definately would not book again
