Only 5 miles and a 14 min drive into Cambridge, this very large 2 bedroom house has been newly carpeted throughout and with new kitchen & large enclosed garden is absolutely perfect for a small family or contractors working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
Space for one car to park on the driveway and free on road parking too,
Situated in the village of Hardwick with easy access to Cambridge (14 mins) , Cambourne (10 mins), the Science park (17 mins) & Addenbrookes (15 mins)
A good value 2 bed family home with a double bed in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 good sized bunk beds.
The lounge is very spacious with patio doors opening on to the enclosed garden. There is a dining area, a newly installed kitchen and a large family bathroom.
The house has recently been newly carpeted throughout
The garden is private and fully enclosed with kids toys.
No area is shared, you have your own private front & back door with parking for one car in the driveway and free on street parking too.
All of the house is for your use no area is shared but 2 rooms are locked which home the owners belongings
