House rules:

1. We are available for any questions to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

2. The apartment is rented with sheets (towels optional, €4 per person).

3. Check-in is from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key collection from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

Check-in time: from 5:00 PM (if there are any guests checking out that day; otherwise, check-in is from 9:00 AM).

Check-out time: no later than 11:00 AM.

4. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left as it was.

5. Please respect the community rules and the neighbors.

6. Guests must present identification and sign the contract.

7. Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only payable for the first 7 nights).

8. Wi-Fi is free.
